Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain organized and clean work environments per brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations

- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Complete daily reporting and inventory management tasks
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4pm-12am) and weekend schedules
- Reliable transportation to Cleveland area locations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
