Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries promptly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash management and security checks.
- Monitor product inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure products are always available.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to execute merchandising displays and promotional events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
