Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during peak evening and weekend hours.
- Manage incoming orders and process data entry with high accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure operational goals are met during shifts.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks and maintain a clean workspace.
- Assist in training new hires on company procedures and software systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
