Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Manage and escalate complex tickets to senior engineers.
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and company policies.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot network and device issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting (PowerShell/Batch) is a plus.
