Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend operations
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Prepare and serve food/beverage orders according to standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and public areas
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Availability for evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
