Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hotel/restaurant setting
- Handle guest check-ins, reservations, and payment processing
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Operate POS systems and basic office equipment
Qualifications
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
