Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Prepare and serve artisanal beverages and gourmet food items
- Manage POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout all areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening and weekend rushes
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with grace
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Available evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
