Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage guest check-ins, inquiries, and special requests
- Maintain pristine facility appearance and safety standards
- Process reservations and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions
- Support event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid California driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Flexible schedule including holidays
