Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during peak evening and weekend hours
- Prepare and serve signature cocktails and culinary creations with precision
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements seamlessly
- Maintain pristine venue standards while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-volume service periods
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and creativity
- Assist in inventory management and restocking operations
- Participate in monthly team-building and skills enhancement sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts and weekday evenings (Thu-Sun)
- Must be 21+ due to alcohol service requirements
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation platforms
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
