Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/outs
- Prepare and serve beverages and light food offerings
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in public areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (4pm-12am) and weekends
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation for late hours
