Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food/beverages with attention to presentation and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all service areas
- Collaborate with team members during high-volume periods
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekend shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
