Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and in-person during evening/weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain financial records
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels during shift hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications

- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
