Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and technical problems efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and product information.
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs) including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (required for remote work).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening and weekend shifts.
