Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, aiming for a first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
