Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and transactions efficiently.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing displays to maintain a tidy store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during busy shifts.
- Follow all company policies regarding cash handling, security, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customer bases.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
