Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Perform basic cleaning and organization tasks to keep the sales floor safe and tidy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
