Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and resolve them to satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
