- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during evening (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising tasks
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
