Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, high-touch customer support via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries, process returns, and manage orders efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the front-line team to maintain accurate product knowledge and inventory information.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay suggestions to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and service standards.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote evening shifts.
