Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve technical issues related to our SaaS platform and provide step-by-step guidance to non-technical users.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM database accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company scripts and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot common software and hardware issues.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic attitude.
