Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during evening and weekend shifts.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and facilitate a seamless checkout process.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during high-traffic periods.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Perform basic inventory checks and restock merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
