Responsibilities
- Perform daily packing, sorting, and shipping of merchandise using provided equipment.
- Conduct inventory checks and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect packaging for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Kansas City location.
- Must be able to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
