Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and maintain regular equipment inspections.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, logging inventory into the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth transition and handover of tasks.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
