Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves efficiently.
- Verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and within guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in packing orders for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
