Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (such as forklifts and pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Process incoming shipments and inspect goods for any damages.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and ensuring proper securing of cargo.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
