Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyer systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to facilitate a smooth handover of duties.
- Perform basic data entry and documentation tasks to track order status.
- Assist in loading trucks and verifying shipment contents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM) and weekend availability.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for order accuracy.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
