Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Load Management: Assist in loading and unloading trailers efficiently during shift changeovers.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) with potential weekend shifts.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and move quickly throughout the facility.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
