Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and scan merchandise orders accurately to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Load and unload trailers safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort packages by destination and route efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Qualifications
- Ability to work evening shifts (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and weighing.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
