Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking and packing of customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all shipments meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the evening team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings (shift typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
