Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently select products and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock levels using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and prevent returns.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to streamline workflow.
- Truck Loading: Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks with precision and speed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and attendance.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus.
- Communication: Basic English language skills required for reading orders and safety signage.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license preferred.
