Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipment.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
