Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Scan items using handheld RF scanners to update inventory in real-time.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Collaborate with the evening team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak evening hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
