Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Provide tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, and email to clients in the US.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.</li><li>Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).</li><li>Collaborate with senior engineering teams to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.</li><li>Conduct proactive system health checks during off-peak hours to prevent downtime.</li><li>Maintain a high customer satisfaction score by delivering empathetic and accurate support.</li></ul>
Qualifications
