Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Provide exceptional customer service by translating technical jargon into plain English.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets to ensure 100% SLA compliance.
- Document all troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during evening hours and handle high-pressure situations.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, routers).
