Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions in our ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira) to ensure knowledge base growth.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company SLAs.
- Assist in the implementation of new software updates and patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (IT, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
