Job Summary
As our Evening Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide remote assistance, and ensure our clients experience seamless technology operations during our peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote and in-person technical support to end-users via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within established SLA guidelines.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and document recurring technical issues.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while assisting diverse clientele.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and updates on assigned workstations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) on a rotational schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A valid driverβs license and reliable transportation are preferred.
