Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve technical issues for clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, concise, and friendly technical guidance to non-technical users.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and customer interactions in our ticketing system.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware components.
- Feedback Loop: Relay product feedback and feature requests to the development team to improve our offerings.
- Support Coverage: Provide after-hours support coverage to ensure seamless service for all clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends as needed.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
