Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Resolve: Troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues for clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Customer Communication: Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Issue Documentation: Log all support interactions and resolutions into the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to escalate complex issues and share knowledge.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and alert the team to potential outages.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest technologies and support protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer networking.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal communication skills.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
