Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for evening users.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email during shift hours.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Perform routine system checks and perform preventative maintenance.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification (A+, Network+) a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
