- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Guide users through complex technical procedures with patience and clarity.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to hand off unresolved tickets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
