Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the daytime technical team to resolve complex escalations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new software releases to assist customers effectively.
- Identify trends in support tickets and suggest improvements to the documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Students Welcome).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work evenings, including weekends, with high reliability.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems.
