Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for evening users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and track all technical support tickets in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve complex escalated issues.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and walk clients through solutions.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation (optional, but preferred for on-site rotations).
- Ability to work evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
