As a key member of our support team, you will ensure business continuity by resolving technical issues and maintaining our systems during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance to internal stakeholders and clients during evening and weekend shifts.
- Monitor system alerts and troubleshoot hardware/software issues remotely.
- Manage and escalate critical incidents to senior engineering teams.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch updates, and security checks.
- Document technical solutions and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with day-shift personnel to ensure seamless service transitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and network troubleshooting protocols.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
