Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and customer support via chat and email during evening shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues for a diverse client base.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening hours.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required.
