Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for client hardware and software issues via phone and remote desktop.
- Monitor system alerts and emails during the evening shift to ensure immediate response to critical incidents.
- Document technical resolutions and update client tickets in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing technical issues.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and patch updates as assigned.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new evening staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, macOS, and common productivity software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
