In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients after hours, ensuring seamless service and resolving technical inquiries with empathy and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance via phone, email, and remote desktop tools during evening hours.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for a diverse client base.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct basic account maintenance and onboarding tasks for new clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and common office software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Ability to work evenings (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) reliably and independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
