Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Help Desk Management: Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system to ensure 100% resolution rates.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic technical guidance to non-technical users.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks and updates during evening downtimes.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the day shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in IT support or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts immediately.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems, and basic networking knowledge.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT is a plus.
