Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support to end-users via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during evening shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
