Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and remote desktop tools.

- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate complex bugs and suggest feature improvements.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends if required.
