Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone during evening shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to communicate user feedback and feature requests.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to assist users effectively.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack).
